How do I check the status of my order?

Finding the status of your order couldn't be easier!

  • Check your email - we will send you emails regarding the status of your order
  • Visit our website - sign into your spanx.com account to access your Order History at any time.  Information about your open orders, tracking information, and past orders is available here as well.
  • Contact us at 1-888-806-7311 - if you still have questions, please fill out our Contact Form and we will respond to you within 24 hours

How is order status different from tracking information?

  • The status of your order is provided by spanx.com.  This shows the progress of your order between the time it is placed and the time it ships from our warehouse.  Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of a carrier (such as FedEx, DHL, or USPS) that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered
  • Tracking information is accessible from your Order History tab in your spanx.com account when it becomes available
  • Please note, tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after an item is shipped from our warehouse
