How can I change or cancel an order after I place it?

That’s a great question!  Here at SPANX, we’re so eager to get your products out to you we only have a short time frame in which we can cancel or make adjustments to your order.  If you can give us a call within 30 minutes of placing your order, we should be able to help you in most cases. 

We highly recommend calling as opposed to any other form of communication.  Calling us makes sure your request is seen and handled as quickly as possible.  We’re available 7 days a week from 8am to 10pm EST, except on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day!  Give us a call at 1-888-806-7311!
